In the event we were to lose our licenseor our license were to be renegotiated as a result of our licensors failure, our ability to manage our business would sufferand it would significantly harm our business, operating results and financial condition. Our future success depends on the continuedservice of management, engineering and sales personnel and our ability to identify, hire and retain additional personnel. Our success depends, toa significant extent, upon the efforts and abilities of members of senior management. We have entered into an employment agreementwith our Chief Executive Officer, but have not entered into an employment agreement with our Chief Technology Officer and haveno current plans to use employment agreements as a tool to attract and retain new hires that we may make of key personnel in thefuture. The loss of the services of one or more of our senior management or other key employees could adversely affect our business. We do not currently maintain key person life insurance on any of our officers, employees or consultants, but are in the processof attempting to obtain such insurance on our senior most personnel. There is no guarantee we will be able to obtain such insuranceor if we are able to obtain such insurance to do so on acceptable terms to us. There is intense competitionfor qualified employees in our industry, particularly for highly skilled design, applications, engineering and sales people. Wemay not be able to continue to attract and retain developers, managers, or other qualified personnel necessary for the developmentof our business or to replace qualified individuals who may leave us at any time in the future. Our anticipated growth is expectedto place increased demands on our resources, and will likely require the addition of new management and engineering staff as wellas the development of additional expertise by existing management employees. If we lose the services of or fail to recruit engineersor other technical and management personnel, our business could be harmed.

More did that AND visited the Sumpter Municipal Museum and took part of the historic walking tour, with accompanying historic photographs. Most who did the walking tour made it as far as Auburn Street. The walking tour started in front of the Museum. Join me now for a taste of what the students saw and heard from their tour guide. Welcome to Sumpter, founded in 1862. Last year Sumpter had its 150th birthday. The Museum here was built in 1899. It has served as a store and a gas station. Were still trying to figure out anything else it might have been. The blank concrete youre standing on is where the gas pumps were. This is where I caught the school bus.

See you on Facebook or Twitter. Seven updates have been logged for this article since publication 2005. All PainScience. com updates are logged to show a long term commitment to quality, accuracy, and currency. moreWhens the last time you read a blog post and found a list of many changes made to that page since publication?Like good footnotes, this sets PainScience. com apart from other health websites and blogs. Although footnotes are more useful, the update logs are important. They are fine print, but more meaningful than most of the comments that most Internet pages waste pixels on. I log any change to articles that might be of interest to a keen reader. Complete update logging of all noteworthy improvements to all articles started in 2016. Prior to that, I only logged major updates for the most popular and controversial articles.

Entrepreneurs must explore their personal strengths and weaknesses and then determine the resources needed to fill the gaps. Successful businesses require not only stellar executives and advisors but also employees who are a good fit for the company. Thus, anyone tasked with managing a group of people needs to know how to be an effective leader. Relative to successful leadership, managing is easy. A manager must be able to delegate responsibility and make decisions for the team, but a leader must be able to influence team behavior. For this reason, motivation is one of the most powerful tools that a leader can use. A motivated team will be able to go above and beyond the call of duty. Using motivation is far from manipulation just look at one of the greatest leaders of the 20th century, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. This unit will help you distinguish between management and leadership and will also explore human resource factors, such as recruitment and staff selection. The unit will also discuss employee assessments, emotional intelligence, and Tuckman's Stages of Group Development.
